1. 你們甚麼時候會出貨?
我們會在3個工作天內*處理你的訂單。
When will you ship my order?
We aim to process your order within 3 business days*.
*請預留額外時間讓我們處理在公眾假期及繁忙時段的訂單 。在高峰季節期間或重大節日前,海關和郵政服務亦可能需要額外的時間來作處理 / 送貨。
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and engaged periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals.
2. 還會有額外收費嗎?
海外一些國家可能需徵收進口稅、 關稅和相關的海關費用,而該費用並不包含在你的付款。這些費用的金額(如適用)是由目的地國家的海關辦事處所收取及決定。
Are there any additional costs?
Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country.
3. 如何確認我的訂單訂購成功?
訂單處理成功後,你將會收到確認電郵以確認我們已收到你的訂單。如果你沒有收到確認電郵,請電郵至hello@scentoryhk.com與我們聯絡。
Is my order confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly you order has been accepted. Please email us at hello@scentoryhk.com if you have not received it.
4. 你們有提供免費退貨或更換服務嗎?
我們的產品屬於天然產品,容易變壞,所以我們並沒有提供退貨或更換服務,除非貨品出現非人為損壞。

Do offer free returns or exchanges?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we currently do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the products are defective (on receipt).

5. 我可以取消訂單嗎?

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Simply drop us an email at hello@scentoryhk.com or message us on Facebook.
